A sentence of imprisonment for public protection imposed on a defendant who had pleaded guilty to 17 sexual offences against his daughters was replaced by a determinate sentence of four years' imprisonment, given in particular the progress he had made in prison in dealing with his offending behaviour and its impact on the assessment of his dangerousness.
