[2007] EWCA Crim 801

A sentence of four and a half years' imprisonment for conspiracy to supply Class A drugs was reduced to three and a half years to correspond with the sentences passed on co-defendants where the judge rejected the appellant's basis of plea without directing a Newton hearing.
