[2006] EWCA Crim 2381

A conviction was upheld where the trial judge had not erred in admitting evidence, ruling on cross-examination, providing a Lucas direction, or giving appropriate directions to a jury about the reliability of the evidence of a co-conspirator who had turned Queen's evidence and assisted the police.
