[2005] EWCA Crim 828

Fresh evidence which allegedly contradicted a victim's allegation of indecent assault was not capable of belief. The victim had not confessed to making a false allegation, and the alleged evidence to the contrary had emerged during an intimidating encounter with a group of youths, some of whom had misinterpreted the victim's conversation.
