[2008] EWCA Crim 137

The trial judge had correctly directed the jury that a game of both skill and chance amounted to a game of chance under the Gaming Act 1968 s.52(1), and the jury had been entitled to find on the evidence that a particular version of poker was a game of chance as defined by the Act.
