[2009] EWCA Crim 1209

Evidence from a witness who had come forward after the defendant's convictions for indecent assault and inciting a child to commit an act of gross indecency, if given at trial, might reasonably have affected the jury's decision to convict as it gave rise to the possibility of contamination of the evidence given by the two victims.
