[2004] EWCA Crim 2490

It was not appropriate to grant leave to appeal against convictions of gross negligence manslaughter so that the House of Lords could revisit R. v Adomako (1994) 3 W.L.R. 288 in light of the change of attitude to recklessness in R. v G (2003) UKHL 50, (2004) 1 A.C. 1034 .
