One of three offenders convicted of money laundering and fraud had been found guilty of alternative counts on the indictment despite his submission that they were inconsistent. No penalty was imposed for the second, but it was prejudicial for the offender to have two convcitions on his record reflecting the same criminality, and the second conviction was quashed.
