[2007] EWCA Crim 3443

References to "purity" within advice given by the Sentencing Advisory Panel to the Court of Appeal and by the Court of Appeal itself in R. v Mashaollahi (Behrooz) [2001] 1 Cr. App. R. 6 were references to the question of whether there had been any contamination or adulteration of the opium consignment, and not to the percentage content of the active ingredient morphine.
