[2007] EWCA Crim 835

Sentences of four years' detention imposed on rear seat passengers for offences of aggravated vehicles taking when death was caused were reduced to three years, being the same as the sentence imposed on the driver of the vehicle, as there was no reason to distinguish between the culpability of the three offenders.
