On an appeal against conviction following a guilty plea entered after a judicial indication on sentence given in chambers, the appellants had to show not only that there was an irregularity, but also that the irregularity brought about the subsequent change of plea in such a way as to render the plea a nullity because it could be attributed to improper pressure.
