[2012] EWCA Crim 677
In confiscation proceedings, the Crown was entitled to adduce evidence of a defendant's involvement in missing trader fraud, even though he had not been convicted of such an offence. The information was relevant to the making of assumptions under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 s.10 and the Crown were not obliged to prove the offences beyond reasonable doubt.
