A notice under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 s.51(1) was effective, despite the information in that notice being judged on the evidence to be exiguous, where in the circumstances, on all the material before the judge, there could have been no realistic doubt as to the nature and details of the conspiracy in respect of which the applicant had come before the crown court.
