Neighbours who shop families from hell will have their identities kept secret and will get police protection, under new laws.

Tony Blair has vowed to bring in the changes to stop thugs facing Asbos from intimidating witnesses.
They will be allowed to give their evidence anonymously or will be able to speak via a video link or from behind a screen. And they will be protected by the police as in criminal cases.
