The prime minister is due to meet the Tory and Lib Dem leaders to discuss ways of strengthening anti-terror laws in the wake of the London bombings.

The Conservatives are expected to call for "phone tap" evidence to be allowed in courts.
Mr Blair backs the idea in principle but is committed to hearing objections from the security services.
Extending the time suspects can be held without charge from 14 days to three months could also be discussed.
