The Serious Organised Crime Agency was granted permission to apply for summary judgment, and summary judgment, on its claim for a civil recovery order where the respondents had failed to acknowledge service of the claim, had removed themselves from the court's jurisdiction and had no real prospect of showing that money held in their bank accounts was not obtained from criminal conduct.
