No action to be taken before final judgment

The United Kingdom Government was reminded that, under rule 39 of the Rules of Court of the European Court of Human Rights, it was desirable in the interests of the proper conduct of the proceedings that an applicant not be removed from the United Kingdom until such time as the judgment of the European Court became final or a further order had been made.
