The LCCSA are party to a pre-action letter (see here ) to the LAA about their objectionable "gagging clause" in the new Legal Aid Contracts.
Legal Aid lawyers should be entitled to campaign on Justice issue, and in support of Legal Aid, without fear of sanction or breach of contract.
The real Embarassment here is the MoJ trying to introduce this clause.
