[2003] EWHC 496 (QB)

A writ of habeas corpus was not granted to a German national committed under s.9(8) Extradition Act 1989 as the acquittal in Germany of his co-accused was not a matter which the court could take into account in reviewing the committal and he was not discharged as there would be no injustice or oppression in returning him to Germany.
