[2009] EWHC 2823 (Admin)

In criminal cases, it was not appropriate to rule an expert's evidence inadmissible simply because he had some connection with the party intending to call him as a witness. Such an association might reflect on the weight to be given to the expert's evidence, but not its admissibility.
