Leicester City Council may seek 'ban' order over child sex exploitation fears
PUBLISHED December 1, 2014A second local authority is considering taking civil court action against men thought to be sexually exploiting a vulnerable child - in the wake of ground-breaking moves by social services bosses in Birmingham.
