Earlier this week we spoke with the LAA, who acknowledged the shorter deadline for the October monthly submission (17th November 2025) 

We have made the LAA aware of the challenges this presents for firms preparing submissions.

Firms are strongly advised to submit their bills by the 17th November 2025 deadline to ensure payment is received for the 1st December 2025. 

The LAA has confirmed that they cannot guarantee payment dates for any submissions made after the 17th November deadline, though they will make every effort to process and pay these on the next available payment date.
