[2011] EWHC 1050 (Admin)

The Protection from Harassment Act 1997 s.7(5), which stated that "references to a person, in the context of harassment of a person, were references to a person who was an individual" did not preclude a company from committing a criminal offence of harassment contrary to s.2(1) of the Act.
