Crime-fighting under Labour has seen a mass of new laws but few real solutions, Lib Dem leader Charles Kennedy is set to say.

Launching his party's crime manifesto, Mr Kennedy will argue long-term answers are needed to stop people's lives being blighted by nuisance behaviour.
He will renew his party's pledge to recruit 10,000 more police officers and 20,000 community support officers.
