The row over whether sex offenders should be allowed at an open prison in south Wales is being taken to the Home Office in London.

Earlier this month, a convicted paedophile absconded from HMP Prescoed near Usk, prompting safety fears.
On Monday, campaigners and politicians from Monmouthshire will meet Prisons Minister Paul Goggins at Westminster.
