Inquiry sought into jailing of mentally ill girl
PUBLISHED November 1, 2005Tomorrow, the Howard League will write to the Home Secretary, Charles Clarke, to seek an investigation with the aim of securing Britain's first public inquiry into how the prison system deals with young people with mental illness who are behind bars.
