Huge costs of divorce cases ‘funding legal system’, says top lawyer

The lawyer under fire from a senior judge over the “eye-watering” £1.6 milion legal costs in the UK’s biggest divorce case hit back today saying the dispute was generating money for taxpayers and the justice system.
