Gender equality reports find not enough women at the top

Is the diversity bandwagon hitting the buffers? Two major reports released this month contain depressings findings on the progress of women in the boardroom: first, they show that the rate of change is painfully slow; and second, that companies ? while recognising the benefits of women at the top ? may be tiring of the message that they must do everything to ensure women reach the upper echelons of their organisations.
