A single information that an individual had, contrary to the Social Security Administration Act 1992 s.112(1B) , knowingly allowed her partner to fail to give prompt notification of a change in circumstances that affected her partner's entitlement to housing benefit and to council tax benefit was not bad due to duplicity.
