A proprietor of licensed premises, who had shown live Saturday Premiership football on televisions, had lacked the necessary elements of dishonesty so as to find that he had dishonestly received a programme included in a broadcast with the intent to avoid payment of a charge applicable to the reception of the programme contrary to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 s.297(1) .
