Supporting documents must not be sent by email, fax or post

Remember to electronically attach all supporting documents when submitting your online CRM4 eForm prior authority application.

The CRM4 application eForm is for disbursements in criminal cases and the online system allows you to attach all the necessary documents.

Online only

If we have had to reject your CRM4 because we require further information then this must be sent to us using the online system.

We are unable to accept any information about CRM4s by email, fax or post.

We are aware that the online system currently states you can fax or post items to us, but this is an error, and is being corrected.
