The words "any estate" in s.5A(4)(B)(ii) Firearms Act 1968, as amended, were to be construed so that the section applied only to estates situated in Great Britain and accordingly, the respondent Police Commissioner had been entitled to revoke the condition contained in the appellant's firearm licence.
