Priority reject

A priority reject is when you believe your claim was rejected incorrectly. If we agree we will issue you with a priority reject slip to submit on the front of your resubmitted claim. 

All claims returned with a priority slip will be prioritised on receipt. Please note that only claims with a priority slip will be prioritised.

Claims returned without a priority reject slip will be dealt with when processing the claims received on the resubmitted date.
