The applicant would be transferred to Jersey to stand trial for crimes of fraudulent conversion as she had not demonstrated any breaches of European Convention on Human Rights 1950 Art.5 or Art.6 that would occur as a result of being tried in Jersey, which could warrant the issuing of a writ of habeas corpus.
