The speaker will be: Richard Drinkwater

He will go through two theoretical cases (however please note the details may change slightly):

1) Computer Alibi - He will explore how they would examine a device to investigate whether the defendant's claim that their computer activity will show that they were not involved in a crime i.e they were using their computer at the time of the incident. He will explain the disclosure required to report, the processes he would carry out and any limitations that might occur.

Time for Q&A

2) IIoC - For this case study, he will explore how he would go about reviewing a defence that a device has been hacked, which has led to illegal material being located by the police. Again, he will explain the disclosure required to report, the processes they would carry out and any limitations that might occur.
