The court refused a restaurateur's renewed application for permission to seek judicial review of a CPS decision to prosecute him for knowingly employing workers not entitled to work in the United Kingdom. Although the conduct of the CPS had been unedifying and incompetent, there was no evidence that it had acted in bad faith.
