[2004] EWCA Crim 1885

On an Attorney-General's reference under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 s.36, the sentences passed on six offenders convicted of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs were increased in consideration of aggravating features of the offences, in particular, the presence of young, and in some cases, very young children.
