[2006] EWCA Crim 3147

The judge had been entitled to conclude that the level of risk of the offender revisiting child pornography websites and making indecent photographs of children was such as to warrant a sentence of imprisonment for public protection, and whilst the specified period of two years and six months was severe, it was not excessive.
