[2007] EWHC 238 (Admin)

An extradition order to Albania was not in breach of the Extradition Act 2003 s.95 as the requesting state was bound by the European Convention on Extradition 1957 and by guarantees that it had made that it would only require the individual to serve a sentence in respect of the offence for which his extradition was sought.
