A conviction for exposure was upheld as although there were discrepancies in the complainant's identity evidence, it was not a fleeting glance identity case as she had seen the offender in good light for a significant time and the judge had dealt with the discrepancies sufficiently, it being not unknown for witnesses to have difficulty in describing a person whom they subsequently correctly identified.
