We want to give you advance notice of information we have received from HMCTS, who run the Professional Users Access Scheme (your court ID card with the QR code.)

They will soon start to deactivate accounts that have been dormant for 6 months.  They will contact card holders shortly with further details.

This not something the LCCSA has control over.  If possible, please ensure your card is scanned upon entry to a court building to avoid an unwanted deactivation.

Reactivation of the card will be possible, and more information will be made available shortly.
