Deadline for new applications or changes is 14 May 2012
If you're moving firm, or wish to join the Duty Solicitor Scheme for the first time, you must submit your CDS12 to the Nottingham Office, to be received by Monday 14 May 2012.
Applications received after this time will be processed but slots will not be allocated.
If you have no changes to make to your current Duty Solicitor members you do not need to submit a CDS12.
All first time applicants must provide evidence of CLAS membership with their application.
If anyone has left or is leaving your firm please notify us by Monday 14 May.
Rotas will be published around 14 June.
