[2001] EWCA Crim 1684

In an unsuccessful appeal against conviction, the appellant had incited a company to commit an offence by placing an order in response to the company's advertisement for pornographic material because the company would not have committed the crime of distributing indecent photographs of children under the age of 16 without the appellant's request.
