[2012] EWCA Crim 1507
In deciding to impose a sentence of imprisonment for public protection on a defendant who suffered from a mental disorder, the judge had not erred by relying on the opinion of a consultant psychiatrist that a hospital order would not be appropriate and by refusing to allow an adjournment so that the opinion of a second psychiatrist could be obtained.
