Where the appellant had caused death by dangerous driving by overtaking with limited vision and insufficient speed, a sentence of four years' imprisonment and period of eight years' disqualification were manifestly excessive and were quashed and substituted with a sentence of three years' imprisonment and a disqualification period of four years.
