[2006] EWCA Crim 2312

A bank employee's conviction for conspiracy to defraud was safe as the judge had been correct to allow a witness to give expert evidence on the online banking system that was in use when the passwords of account-holders were reset without their authority. The witness's limitations had been clearly put to the jury, and the fact that he was an employee of the bank affected only the weight not the admissibility of his evidence.
