Where an assisted person facing proceedings in the criminal courts sought a change of representation on the ground that the relationship between himself and his lawyers had broken down, details of the alleged breakdown had to be given; it was not enough to cite "some other substantial compelling reason" in reliance on the Criminal Defence Service (General) (No.2) Regulations 2001 reg.16(2)(a)(iv).
