[2008] EWCA Crim 2154

A minimum term of 10 years following a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary was not manifestly excessive where at the time of sentencing the appellant still had to serve two to three years of an earlier sentence. Had a determinate sentence been passed, it would have been consecutive to that earlier sentence.
