[2007] EWCA Crim 539

Where an offender was convicted for possession of heroin with intent to supply and was sentenced to more than four years' imprisonment under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 , there was no need to reduce his sentence by 15 per cent as recommended by the Sentencing Guidelines Council.
