[2012] EWCA Crim 1705
A starting point of nine years' imprisonment was appropriate for an offence of conspiracy to commit burglary, where there had been a ruthless, planned and sustained campaign by a gang of men, targeted at a single vulnerable victim and involving at least the threat of very significant violence , and was not out of line with the guideline for aggravated burglary.
